  • Stay hydrated: For overall hydration, drinking water is very important. This is helpful in tear production.
  • Omega-3 fatty acids: Inculcate omega-3 fatty acids into daily diet. Tear production and inflammation can be reduced by this.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercises can be helpful for the body and eyes too.
